Our Recipe for Rebranding
Rolling up our sleeves, we dove into a makeover of Simply Tasty’s packaging, opting for designs that signify comfort, nutrition, and heartiness, all within an unmistakable contemporary style. With a smorgasbord of meals on the menu, we created a design system that sorted meals into seven colour-coded categories. Each category features its own vibrant hue and memorable name, ensuring the options tantalise taste buds and simplify decision-making.
Inspired by insights into customer preferences for visual confirmation, our packaging cleverly showcases the food through photography, emphasising the joy of seeing what you're about to enjoy. This focus on visual delight extended to our typography, which is fun, friendly, approachable, and loud—because we think bold flavours deserve bold text to match. Layered on top, our packaging and promo copy simmered with playfulness, featuring dad-inspired witty quips and food puns that underscore Simply Tasty's easygoing philosophy. The perfect blend of humour and heart, our voice was designed to delight and satisfy, much like the flavours they offer.

Delicious food need not be over complicated. It’s why we kept the logo minimalist with an ode to a bite encircling the logo. With vibrant colours, tongue-in-cheek humour, and comforting meals at the heart of our branding, Simply Tasty is as inviting as a home-cooked meal: all the flavour and none of the fuss.
