Working with a broad, internal team, we ran a series of strategy-led workshops to define their ‘why’ and identify their unique difference. The workshops inspired vibrant and enthusiastic participation which created a unifying experience for the team. Subsequently, this process challenged Kestral to re-imagine their brand visually and verbally. This enabled us to craft a precise brand strategy that informed every aspect of the brand and brand communications.

The idea of cohesive partnership, seamless integration and human-centred solutions inspired a new brand identity. Two lines are symmetrically intertwined, expressing balance and simplicity, through complexity. The visual language is extended using the line as an adaptive device to express agility and adaptability, as well as in a series of icons to represent the business's values and brand pillars. A new vibrant colour palette expresses their energetic, positive and caring approach, and passion for innovation.
We developed a new brand style guide which informed a new website, a suite of business tools, as well as brand collateral, communications and merchandise.
