Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman
The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman engaged Thirst Creative to deliver their 2016 – 2017 Annual Report in both print and digital format. The brief for their annual report was to modernise the online version of the report with a focus on strong data visualisation of their results in a mobile friendly format.
The messaging aimed to educate the general public about the independent role the ombudsman plays in improving the telecommunications industry, showcase the statistics around complaints across the country and the sectors, along with helping the public to better understand the process of what to do if they have a dispute. By partnering with Thirst Creative the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman team delivered a high quality digital and print annual report that received significant media attention nationwide.
