Smiknowledge approached Thirst Creative to refresh their brand, revamp their online presence, better promote their courses and communicate their membership benefits. Our team assisted Smiknowledge by developing an initial marketing strategy which was used to document, categorise and refine the benefits of their offering or unique selling proposition (USP). This USP included a mix of online courses, accreditations, corporate learning programs, memberships and events. This strategy was then used to shape the design and development of a responsive new website and refine their existing logo.
Smiknowledge is a provider of professional development programs in advanced strategy practice, management and leadership. Established in 2005, Smiknowledge has a strong reputation in the education industry, renowned for their courses delivering tailored programs to corporate clients as well as individuals. Smiknowledge came to Thirst Creative to refresh their brand, improve their online presence and develop a strategy that would help them further promote their courses and events.
Our team began this process with a strategy to establish their product differentiation. We then focused on refining the brand, updating their colour palette and refreshing the logo by drawing inspiration from the abstract image of brain neuron activity. The strategy became the basis for the design and development of a responsive website packed full of functionality which now allows Smiknowledge to take their offering to a global audience.
Our skilled team of designers and developers were able to develop a secure membership section with a suite of functions, including a forum and knowledge library, in addition to incorporating a courses tab, events tabs and an event bookings platform. The member section of the website was also integrated with a member management system and provided e-commerce functionalities for the purchase of new memberships.
Our copywriters also worked with the team at Smiknowledge to create punchy content for the site that clearly communicates their offering and promotes the benefits of engaging with their brand. Smiknowledge’s new brand concept was also rolled out across their email marketing templates.
