By agreeing to this quote, you agree with the following assumptions and you acknowledge the following exclusions.
Assumptions
- The client is responsible for providing all necessary information and resources in a timely manner. This could include things like website content, images, and logos.
- Thirst Creative assumes that the client will provide accurate and complete information about their business needs and requirements to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- The client is responsible for any changes to the project scope or timeline. Any changes to the project scope or timeline will be subject to a change order.
- The client is responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes to the project scope or timeline.
- Thirst Creative will provide support for the web application during the engagement.
- Out-of-hours support has not been provisioned for.
- It is assumed that the security and privacy of any third-party plugin will be the responsibility of the third-party.
- It is assumed that once parties have agreed to the project timeline and deliverables, any deviations will go through a formal Change Request process.
- The client is solely responsible for purchasing and maintaining Cyber Security Insurance.
- We assume that all required client staff will be made available to Thirst Creative throughout the duration of the project, and that the client will resolve any staff availability issues.
- A key client technical and business/product contact with appropriate decision-making authority will be provided to Thirst Creative throughout the project.
- Testing matrix includes:
- Website tested on desktop (Mac and Windows) in the following screen resolutions and browsers:
- 1366x768: Latest versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge
- 1920x1080: Latest versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge
- 1536x864: Latest versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge
- 1280x720: Latest versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge
- Website has been tested on the following devices::
- Apple iPhone 14, OS version: 16.0, Safari
- Apple iPhone 8, OS version: 13.0, Safari
- Google Pixel 7, OS version: 12.0, Chrome
- Google Pixel 3, OS version: 9.0, Chrome
- Samsung Galaxy S22, OS version: 12.0, Chrome
- Apple iPad 9th, OS version: 15.0, Safari
- Thirst Creative reserves the right to review this proposal in the event that:
- Client puts the project on hold unilaterally
- Client ceases engaging with Thirst Creative for an unreasonable period of time
- Client frequently changes Product Manager / Product Owner over the course of the project
- Client changes the scope or timeline
Exclusions
- The quote does not include videos, copy, animations, or infographics production unless otherwise scoped.
- The quote does not include content creation unless otherwise scoped.
- The quote does not include content migration from the current website to the new website unless otherwise scoped.
- The quote does not include Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) services unless explicitly scoped.
- The quote does not include the cost of hosting, software licenses, plugin licenses, or third-party tools/APIs.
- IE11 (Internet Explorer) and below are not supported and will not be included in the testing matrix.
- The quote does not include accessibility features or compliance with accessibility standards, such as WCAG 2.1 AA, unless explicitly scoped.
