Taking briefs and translating them into powerful digital concepts
Communicating requirements from client and briefing through to the technical team
Overall project management including milestones and launch dates
Developing strategic pricing strategies and pitches, including an ability to present and sell your vision
Scoping and pricing projects, along with active budget management
Collaborating with Studio Manager to ensure proactive resource allocation for projects and timely billing
Collaborating with developers, designers and client services
Nurturing and strengthening client relationships
Identifying and solving client concerns, including scope management
Mentoring junior team members
Keeping on top of digital trends
Ability to translate technical terminology to non-digital stakeholders
Experience on the tools with web best practice systems and processes
Strong ability to visualise a UI solution and brief your vision to creatives
Good technical understanding (front end development, hosting etc)
Understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO to help your clients track success metrics
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Minimum of 3+ years in a digital producer / project manager role preferably with agency experience
Experience working with B2B and B2C clients across a range of industries
Confident and articulate presenter
Excellent attention to detail
Strong financial acumen to deliver projects on time and on budget
Outstanding time management and priority-setting skills
Familiar with agency work processes and systems
A curiosity and drive to continuously improve
Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Streamtime, Trello, Google Suite)
