A natural people-person and meticulous planner you’ll be a clear and efficient communicator and exceptional at managing budgets, timelines, resourcing schedules and expectations. You’ll be accountable for the project management of clients, supporting the Client Services team and working with our strategists, content specialists, designers and developers to deliver great work for our clients. About the role:
Key responsibilities
Account Management and Project Management
Support the Client Services team in delivering client projects on time and on budget
Plan and manage project team resources with the Studio Manager
Budget estimations, tracking, invoicing
Receive and translate client briefs for resources
Collaborate with other members of the marketing, digital and creative teams on ideas and campaign concepts
ROI reporting and analysis
Embrace our “level up learning” culture with innovation and attitude towards continuous improvement
Key selection criteria
Minimum of 2+ years in an AE or AM role
Proven experience in supporting Account Management functions
Experience working with B2B and B2C clients across a range of industries
Confident and articulate presenter
Excellent attention to detail
Strong financial acumen
Outstanding time management and priority-setting skills
Familiar with agency work processes and systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Experience with project management tools (Streamtime, Trello, Google Suite)
Strong knowledge of print management, brand, social media, content and below the line campaign management
