Roundabout came to Thirst ready to take on their next phase of growth. Founder Bec Geyer was looking to solidify the brand strategy, evolve the visual language and build a digital presence that would act as a portal for the business.


Our team of designers and developers evolved the brand and designed a mobile-first website that showcased the business and integrated smoothly with the JobAdder recruitment software. By collaborating with our team, Roundabout Group is ready to achieve their growth and marketing potential.

From UI to written content and images, we aimed to energise the digital experience.

The goal

Priding themselves on being inspired by innovation and talent, Roundabout Group was in need of brand refresh that would better communicate their core values. The technology-related organisation required a responsive, user prioritised and functional website that reflected Roundabout Group’s profound personality, while integrating with recruiting software.

By identifying and consolidating the purpose, values and personality of Roundabout Group our team could focus on what made them unique and represent the culture though all brand touch points. For the founder of Roundabout Group, Bec Geyer, it was all about fostering genuine connections with the digital community, connecting remarkable talent with innovative business teams that truly change the world.

Following the brand strategy, our team moved to evolve the visual direction of the brand. We took inspiration from the existing icon logo and original brand colours to create an energetic and welcoming visual language for the brand. Our team refined the “R” icon, introduced a pink/purple gradient and set a photography style that showcased the collaborative power of teams.
